My art is birthed from epiphanies; but some projects also derive from much research & analysis of the goal. Resourcefulness, problem-solving & inventiveness have empowered me to create costumes, sets, interiors, clothing, illustrations, curriculum, children's books, & more.

My aim is also to direct others to take notice of the beauty in the everyday, slow things down & place a magnifying glass on the wonder of particular elements. The art of writing has been a tool to accomplish this through my blog.

Inspired to Educate 

I delight in guiding & encouraging the creativity in others. Teaching history through hands-on studio projects to school groups has been a highlight of my journey. And by infusing creativity into my existing academic coaching services, I have guided students to measurable success.
